When you purchase something from our store, a third-party carrier will be responsible for shipping it to you. The risk of loss and title for products bought by you transfers to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
While we'll do our best to make sure your order arrives on time, you agree that AMESE will not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by any shipping or carrier service cooperating with AMESE.
If you're in the continental United States and your order takes longer than a month to arrive, or if it arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help! Just let us know and we'll work with you to make things right. We'll address the issue and find a solution that works for you.
